Dog Hair Everywhere Pet Grooming LLC (“Dog Hair Everywhere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an optional text-messaging program for customers who expressly consent to receive text messages.

 

Program Description

Customers who opt in may receive transactional messages related to their account and pet-care services. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, cancellations, service-status updates, pickup notifications, and other account-related information.

 

This messaging program is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

 

Consent

Customers enroll by checking the optional text-message consent checkbox on the Dog Hair Everywhere online customer registration form and providing a mobile telephone number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

 

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies according to the customer’s bookings, appointments, and account activity.

 

Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by the customer’s mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

 

Opt-Out Instructions

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After submitting STOP, the customer will receive a confirmation that they have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent unless the customer subsequently opts in again.
